The embodiment of the invention provides a lane departure early warning method, system, device and equipment, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first signal sent by a V2X terminal; wherein the first signal comprises a relative distance and a relative speed between the current vehicle and a lateral obstacle; determining a second signal according to the positioning information of the current vehicle and map information; wherein the second signal comprises the relative distance and the relative speed between the current vehicle and the lane line; determining a lane departure risk level according to the first signal and/or the second signal; and performing lane departure early warning according to the lane departure risk level. According to the embodiment of the invention, the lane departure risk level is determined by fusing the first signal and/or the second signal; and lane departure early warning is carried out according to the lane departure risk level, so that the accuracy of lane departure early warning can be improved.
