The invention discloses a hydraulic braking auxiliary system of a single-engine sweeper and a control method of the hydraulic braking auxiliary system. The hydraulic braking auxiliary system comprises a walking pump, an auxiliary braking valve, a walking hydraulic motor and a vehicle-mounted controller. The walking pump comprises a first oil port and a second oil port which are used for feeding/discharging oil, a third oil port used for supplementing oil, and a fourth oil port used for draining oil; the walking hydraulic motor comprises a first oil inlet/outlet connected with the first oil port and a second oil inlet/outlet connected with the second oil port; the auxiliary brake valve comprises a first working oil port connected with the first oil port, a second working oil port connected with the second oil port, an oil inlet connected with the third oil port and an oil drainage port connected with the fourth oil port. According to the hydraulic braking system, the problem of engine flameout caused by emergency braking during hydrostatic dynamic walking is solved, meanwhile, the braking impact is reduced, the braking distance can be shortened, the braking time can be shortened, and the reliability is improved.
本发明公开了一种单发清扫车液压制动辅助系统及其控制方法,所述系统包括:行走泵、辅助制动阀、行走液压马达、车载控制器;所述行走泵包括用于进/出油的第一油口、第二油口、用于补油的第三油口、用于泄油的第四油口;所述行走液压马达包括与第一油口连接的第一进/出油口、与第二油口连接的第二进/出油口;所述辅助制动阀包括与第一油口连接的第一工作油口,与第二油口连接的第二工作油口,与第三油口连接的进油口,与第四油口连接的的泄油口;所述车载控制器与行走泵与辅助制动阀连接,本发明解决静液压动行走时,紧急制动导致发动机熄火的问题,同时降低制动冲击,又能减小制动距离,缩短制动时间,提高可靠性。
