Motor working power and resistor working power are determined according to the braking demand power, the battery allowable power and the resistor allowable power, and a motor and a braking resistor are controlled to brake the vehicle according to the motor working power and the resistor working power respectively. The braking demand power is obtained, the motor working power and the resistor working power are determined according to the braking demand power, the battery allowable power and the resistor allowable power, and when the power battery is fully charged or the temperature of the power battery is too low, the motor working power is reduced, and the resistor working power is increased; and the brake resistor is controlled to carry out auxiliary braking on the vehicle, so that the testing requirement of auxiliary braking is met.
