The invention relates to a pedal structure, an electric control braking system and an automobile, the pedal structure comprises a pedal body, a rotating wheel and a force simulator, and the pedal body is hinged to a support through a shaft pin; the rotating wheel is used for being connected with a parking braking mechanism through an executing mechanism. The force simulator is connected with the shaft pin and comprises an electric control clutch, and the electric control clutch is arranged on the shaft pin; when the electric control clutch is powered off, the rotating wheel is connected with the shaft pin through the electric control clutch, and when the electric control clutch is powered on, the rotating wheel is separated from the electric control clutch. According to the invention, when the braking capacity of the electric control braking system is reduced, the control unit controls the electric control clutch to lose power, a driver steps on the pedal body, the rotating wheel rotates, and braking force is applied to the brake disc through the execution mechanism and the parking braking mechanism; during emergency braking, the electric control clutch is actively or passively powered off, a driver steps on the pedal body to drive the rotating wheel to rotate, and therefore braking force is applied to the brake disc through the executing mechanism and the parking executing mechanism.
