The invention discloses a power battery safety supervision system based on a heavy truck, which comprises a battery data acquisition unit, a battery power calculation and analysis unit and a battery information output unit, relates to the technical field of battery safety supervision, and solves the problems that the overall state of a battery cannot be comprehensively known when the power battery is supervised through surface data; in order to solve the technical problems in the prior art that existing potential problems can affect subsequent use, the power of the power battery is analyzed and judged, the power is calculated according to voltage and current, the calculated power is compared with real-time power to judge whether the power battery is abnormal or not, and then the abnormal condition is analyzed, so that the abnormal condition of the power battery is judged. The overall use state of the battery is judged by analyzing the consumption of the power battery, and meanwhile, the overall battery is pre-warned according to the use state, so that on one hand, the working state of the battery is supervised, and on the other hand, the subsequent use condition of the battery can be pre-warned.

    本发明公开了基于重型卡车的动力电池安全监管系统,包括电池数据获取单元、电池功率计算分析单元和电池信息输出单元,本发明涉及电池安全监管技术领域,解决了通过表面数据对动力电池进行监管,不能全方面的了解电池整体状态,存在的潜在问题会对后续的使用造成影响的技术问题,本发明通过对动力电池功率进行分析判断,并根据电压和电流计算出功率,再将计算出来的功率与实时功率进行比较判断动力电池是否存在异常,接着针对存在异常的情况进行分析,通过对动力电池消耗量进行分析来判断电池整体的使用状态,同时根据使用状态来对电池整体进行预警工作,一方面对电池工作状态进行监管,另一方面能够对电池后续的使用情况进行预警。
