The invention discloses an electric vehicle wireless charging foreign matter detection system based on planar duplex winding coils. The system comprises a planar duplex winding detection coil assembly, a high-frequency excitation signal source, a resonance amplification circuit, a high-pass filter, a quadrature demodulator, an ADC module, a detection coil control switch and a processor. The processor controls the detection coil control switch based on a time division multiplexing control method, changes the mode that the planar duplex winding detection coil assembly is connected to the resonance amplification circuit, and achieves switching between a metal foreign matter detection mode and a biological foreign matter detection mode. The input end of the resonance amplification circuit is connected with a high-frequency excitation signal source, the output end of the resonance amplification circuit is sequentially processed by a high-pass filter and a quadrature demodulator, then voltage amplitude and phase information sampling is achieved through an ADC module, and a processor achieves distinguishing detection of metal foreign matter and biological foreign matter according to changes of the voltage amplitude and the phase. The device has the advantages that the foreign matter detection system and the wireless charging system can work independently, and metal foreign matter and biological foreign matter can be effectively detected.

    本发明公开一种基于平面双绕组线圈的电动汽车无线充电异物检测系统,包括平面双绕组检测线圈组、高频激励信号源、谐振放大电路、高通滤波器、正交解调器、ADC模块、检测线圈控制开关和处理器;处理器基于时分复用控制方法对检测线圈控制开关进行控制,改变平面双绕组检测线圈组接入谐振放大电路的方式,实现金属异物与生物异物检测模式之间的切换;谐振放大电路输入端连接高频激励信号源,输出端依次通过高通滤波器和正交解调器处理后由ADC模块实现电压幅值和相位信息采样,处理器根据电压幅值和相位的变化实现金属异物与生物异物的区分检测,其效果是:异物检测系统与无线充电系统可以独立工作,可实现金属异物和生物异物的有效检测。
