The invention belongs to the field of biological foreign matter detection for a wireless charging system of an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: when a biological foreign matter invades, carrying out capacitance sensing processing by using a biological foreign matter detection device, and reducing the area of a blind area by using double rows of capacitance sensors; the resonance amplification circuit is controlled to change biological foreign matter detection capacitance, and detection voltage difference is output through high-pass filtering and differential amplification; the output voltage of the differential amplification voltage is detected by time division multiplexing, and the detection complexity is reduced by adopting an active detection mode to judge the invasion condition of the biological foreign matters. The symmetrical capacitance sensor can reduce the area of a detection blind area, the high-pass filter circuit enables a biological foreign matter detection system and an electric vehicle wireless charging system to work independently, the differential amplification circuit can improve the detection sensitivity of the system, and the applicability is high.

    本发明属于电动汽车无线充电系统用生物异物检测领域,本发明所述方法包括,生物异物的入侵时,利用生物异物检测装置进行电容传感处理,利用双排电容传感器降低盲区面积;控制谐振放大电路改变生物异物检测电容,通过高通滤波、差分放大输出检测电压差;采用分时复用检测差分放大电压的输出电压,采用有源检测方式降低检测复杂程度判断生物异物入侵情况。本发明所提出的对称电容传感器能够降低检测盲区的面积,高通滤波电路使生物异物检测系统与电动汽车无线充电系统各自独立工作,差分放大电路能够提升系统的检测灵敏度,具有较强的适用性。
