The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle charging planning system and method, and the system comprises a photovoltaic power generation module which is disposed on a vehicle; the photovoltaic power generation module is used for converting light energy into electric energy and storing the obtained electric energy in a battery of the vehicle; the weather prediction module is used for acquiring weather forecast data and predicting the photovoltaic power generation power of the photovoltaic power generation module according to the weather forecast data; the charging planning module is used for generating a charging planning scheme meeting a preset target according to the battery electric quantity of the vehicle and the predicted photovoltaic power generation power; wherein the preset target comprises at least one of the charging cost, the photovoltaic utilization efficiency and the endurance mileage achievement rate.

    本公开实施例提供一种车辆充电规划系统及方法,该系统包括:光伏发电模块,设置于车辆上;光伏发电模块用于将光能转化为电能,并将获得的电能储存于车辆的电池;天气预测模块,用于获取天气预报数据,并根据天气预报数据预测光伏发电模块的光伏发电功率;充电规划模块,用于根据车辆的电池电量及预测的光伏发电功率,生成满足预设目标的充电规划方案;其中,预设目标包括充电成本、光伏利用效率和续航里程达成率中的至少一个。
