The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle charging planning method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging requests sent by a plurality of target vehicles; acquiring at least two equipment transport vehicles loaded with the mobile charging equipment with full electric quantity; under the condition that the number of the target vehicles is greater than the number of the full-electric-quantity mobile charging equipment on each equipment transport vehicle, judging whether a coincident position exists on driving paths from the at least two equipment transport vehicles to the positions of the target vehicles or not; if yes, exchange processing is carried out on the mobile charging devices on the at least two device transport vehicles at the overlapped position, and a target device transport vehicle in the at least two device transport vehicles is determined; and the target equipment transport vehicle is indicated to run to the position of the target vehicle, and the mobile charging equipment on the target equipment transport vehicle provides charging service for the target vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle charging cost can be reduced, and the waste of distribution resources is reduced.

    本申请实施例提供了一种车辆充电规划方法及装置。所述方法包括:获取若干目标车辆发送的充电请求;获取装载有满电量的移动充电设备的至少两个设备运输车;在目标车辆的数量大于每个设备运输车上的满电量的移动充电设备的数量的情况下,判断至少两个设备运输车行驶至目标车辆的位置的行驶路径上是否存在重合位置;若是,则在重合位置处对至少两个设备运输车上的移动充电设备进行交换处理,确定至少两个设备运输车中的目标设备运输车;指示目标设备运输车行驶至目标车辆所处的位置,由目标设备运输车上的移动充电设备为目标车辆提供充电服务。本申请实施例可以减少车辆充电成本,节约配送资源的浪费。
