The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging requests sent by a plurality of target vehicles; acquiring at least two equipment transport vehicles loaded with the mobile charging equipment with full electric quantity; under the condition that the number of the target vehicles is greater than the number of the full-electric-quantity mobile charging equipment on each equipment transport vehicle, judging whether a coincident position exists on driving paths from the at least two equipment transport vehicles to the positions of the target vehicles or not; if yes, exchange processing is carried out on the mobile charging devices on the at least two device transport vehicles at the overlapped position, and a target device transport vehicle in the at least two device transport vehicles is determined; and the target equipment transport vehicle is indicated to run to the position of the target vehicle, and the mobile charging equipment on the target equipment transport vehicle provides charging service for the target vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle charging cost can be reduced, and the waste of distribution resources is reduced.
