The invention discloses an energy recovery intensity adjusting method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and particularly relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and the method applied to a vehicle control unit comprises the steps that whether a vehicle meets an energy recovery condition or not is determined according to state information of the vehicle; under the condition that the vehicle meets the energy recovery condition, driving parameters and environment parameters of the vehicle are obtained; according to the driving parameters and the environment parameters, the current target energy recovery level of the vehicle is determined; and according to the target energy recovery level, the vehicle is controlled to carry out energy recovery at the target energy recovery level. According to the method, the vehicle meeting the energy recovery condition is subjected to target energy recovery grade judgment under different driving parameters and environment parameters, the vehicle is subjected to energy recovery according to the judged target energy recovery grade, and the energy recovery efficiency of the vehicle is improved.
