The invention relates to the technical field of virtual power plant optimization regulation and control, in particular to a virtual power plant-oriented large-scale electric vehicle double-layer aggregation regulation and control system and method, and the system comprises a virtual power plant, upper-layer spatial domain optimization and lower-layer time domain optimization. The spatial domain optimization is connected with the virtual power plant, and the virtual power plant is connected with the time domain optimization. The double-layer aggregation regulation and control method comprises the following steps: inputting basic parameters to an upper-layer optimization control strategy model; performing spatial domain degree optimization based on the upper-layer optimization control strategy model; inputting the network access electric vehicle information of each area to a lower-layer optimization control strategy model; and carrying out real-time scheduling optimization from the vehicle to the power grid. On the basis of large-scale electric vehicle aggregation regulation and control strategies of different charging and discharging price scenes, a large-scale electric vehicle overall-local double-layer aggregation regulation and control process facing a virtual power plant is provided, and the optimal charging and discharging strategies of the electric vehicles adopted in 96 time periods of the whole day are obtained.

    本发明涉及虚拟电厂优化调控技术领域,具体为面向虚拟电厂的大规模电动汽车双层聚合调控系统及方法,双层聚合调控系统包括虚拟电厂、上层的空间域度优化和下层的时间域度优化;所述空间域度优化与虚拟电厂连接,虚拟电厂与时间域度优化连接。所示双层聚合调控方法,通过输入基本参数至上层优化控制策略模型;基于上层优化控制策略模型进行空间域度优化;再将各区域将入网电动汽车信息输入至下层优化控制策略模型;进行车辆到电网实时调度优化。本发明基于不同充放电价场景的大规模电动汽车聚合调控策略,提出面向虚拟电厂的大规模电动汽车整体‑局部双层聚合调控流程,得到全天96个时段分别采取的电动汽车最优充放电策略。
