The invention discloses a flight plan determination method and device. The flight plan determination method comprises the following steps: calculating flight route flight time T1 required by an aircraft from a takeoff airport to a target airport, obtaining weather conditions of the target airport after the time T1, if the weather conditions of the target airport after the time T1 meet aircraft landing conditions, determining that the aircraft executes a first flight plan, otherwise, predicting weather conditions within a time period T2 after the time T1, and determining that the aircraft executes a second flight plan; if the weather condition in the time period T2 meets the aircraft landing condition, it is determined that the aircraft executes a third flight plan, otherwise, the prediction time T3 when the weather condition of the target airport meets the aircraft landing condition is obtained, if the prediction time T3 is larger than or equal to the preset flight time, takeoff of the aircraft is delayed, and if not, whether a second flight plan is selected to be executed or not is judged. According to the invention, the flight plan is determined more scientifically.

    本发明公开了航班飞行计划确定方法及装置。航班飞行计划确定方法包括:计算飞机从起飞机场至目标机场所需的航线飞行时间T1,获取时间T1后目标机场的天气状况,若时间T1后目标机场的天气状况满足飞机降落条件,则确定飞机执行飞行计划一,否则预测时间T1后时间段T2内天气状况,若时间段T2内天气状况满足飞机降落条件,则确定飞机执行飞行计划三,否则获取目标机场天气状况满足飞机降落条件的预测时间T3,若预测时间T3大于等于预设预设飞行时间,飞机起飞延迟,否则判断是否选择执行飞行计划二。本发明使飞行计划确定更加科学。
