The invention discloses a tower crane multiplying power conversion device and method. The tower crane multiplying power conversion device comprises inclined iron; a trolley body and a lower pulley block; an upper pulley block; the steel wire rope sequentially bypasses the first rotating wheel, the third rotating wheel, the first rotating wheel, the second rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel, bypasses the other side of the first rotating wheel and is connected to the cargo boom; the lifting hook is arranged below the lower pulley block; the tower crane multiplying power conversion device has a first state and a second state, and in the first state, an upper pulley block is connected to a lower pulley block through a connecting pin shaft; and in the second state, the connection between the upper pulley block and the lower pulley block is removed, the upper pulley block moves upwards and is connected to the clamping mechanism of the trolley body through the hook-shaped base, and conversion between the two multiplying power and the four multiplying power of the tower crane can be achieved.

    本发明公开一种塔机倍率变换装置及变换方法,包括:斜铁;小车本体,下滑轮组;上滑轮组;钢丝绳,依次绕过第一转动轮、第三转动轮、第一转动轮、第二转动轮、第二转动轮并从第一转动轮另一侧绕过连接于起重臂上;吊钩,设置于下滑轮组下方;所述塔机倍率变换装置具有第一状态和第二状态,于所述第一状态下,上滑轮组通过连接销轴连接于下滑轮组上;于所述第二状态下,上滑轮组解除与下滑轮组的连接且向上运动并通过钩状基座连接于小车本体的夹持机构上,本发明能够实现塔机的二倍率和四倍率之间转换。
