The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for adjusting the multiplying power of a tower crane monitoring system, a processor and a tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of building machines. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a lifting amplitude, a single rope lifting capacity and a first load moment of the tower crane during lifting operation; acquiring a multiplying power set by a monitoring system; determining a second load moment according to the lifting amplitude, the lifting capacity and the multiplying power; and adjusting the multiplying power according to the first load moment and the second load moment. According to the method and the device for adjusting the multiplying power of the tower crane monitoring system, the processor and the tower crane provided by the embodiment of the invention, the multiplying power of the monitoring system is adjusted according to the real-time monitoring data, so that when the multiplying power is set wrongly, the set multiplying power is adjusted correctly in time. The problem of abnormal multiplying power setting caused by undefined use specifications of operators on the tower crane and misoperation of mounting and lifting personnel is avoided, and the safety and the reliability of operation of the tower crane are improved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种用于调整塔机监控系统倍率的方法及装置、处理器及塔机,属于建筑机械技术领域,所述方法包括:获取塔机进行起重操作时的起重幅度、单根绳索的起重量和第一起重力矩;获取监控系统设定的倍率;根据所述起重幅度、所述起重量和所述倍率确定第二起重力矩;根据所述第一起重力矩和所述第二起重力矩调整所述倍率。本发明实施例根据实时监控数据对监控系统的倍率进行调整,使得当倍率设置错误时,及时将设置的倍率调整正确。避免因操作人员对塔机使用规范不明确及挂载吊装人员误操作导致的倍率设置异常问题,提高了塔机操作的安全性及可靠性。
