The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a detection method for a tower crane, a processor, a device and the tower crane. The method comprises the following steps: updating the absolute position of a lifting frequency converter and the sampling value data of a lifting sensor under the condition that a plurality of state parameters are obtained and a data updating mark indicates that updating is determined; acquiring a first winding drum distance corresponding to the winding drum distance converted from the rotation distance of the lifting motor and a second winding drum distance corresponding to the winding drum distance converted from the rotation distance of the lifting sensor; when the distance difference between the first reel distance and the second reel distance is greater than a preset difference, comparing the distance difference with a preset error; when the distance difference value is greater than the preset error, the numerical value of the error counter is increased progressively; and under the condition that the error counting numerical value is larger than the preset number of times, lifting alarm is started, a cut-off instruction is sent, and the tower crane stops lifting operation according to the cut-off instruction.

    本申请涉及工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于塔机的检测方法、处理器、装置以及塔机。方法包括:在获取到多个状态参数且数据更新标志表明为确定更新的情况下,更新起升变频器的绝对位置和起升传感器的采样值数据;获取起升电机转动的距离转换为卷筒距离所对应的第一卷筒距离和起升传感器转动的距离转换为卷筒距离所对应的第二卷筒距离;在第一卷筒距离与第二卷筒距离的距离差值大于预设差值的情况下比对距离差值与预设误差;在距离差值大于预设误差的情况下,错误计数器的数值递增;在错误计数数值大于预设次数的情况下,启动起升报警并发送截断指令,使塔机根据截断指令停止上升操作。
