The invention discloses a method for adjusting steel wire ropes of balance arms of a metallurgical ladle crane, which comprises the following steps of: 1, lifting a gantry hook to leave the ground to be in a natural drooping state, and meanwhile, connecting the steel wire ropes at the ends of the balance arms on two sides to be in a natural inclined state after being stressed; the height difference measuring basis of the balance arms on the two sides is determined respectively, data support is provided for adjustment and calculation of the length of the steel wire ropes by accurately measuring the installation error value, and the four steel wire ropes connected with the left and right balance arms respectively are balanced in stress through adjustment; 2, after the plate hooks of the gantry hook lifting appliance leave the ground, the lowest point of the bottom should be measured by the same datum point, the height deviation of the plate hooks on the two sides can be accurately measured, and the gantry hook lifting appliance is kept in a left-right horizontal state after adjustment; and the gantry hook lifting appliance is adjusted to the horizontal position in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, so that each steel wire rope is uniformly stressed, and the safe use of the lifting appliance and the safe lifting of a molten steel tank are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种冶金铸造起重机平衡臂钢丝绳的调整方法,通过以下两个测量步序完成龙门钩吊具的水平度调整:第一步,需将龙门钩起升离开地面呈自然下垂状态,同时两侧平衡臂端连接钢丝绳受力后呈自然倾斜状态,分别确定两侧平衡臂高差测量基准,通过准确测量安装误差值,为钢丝绳长度调整计算提供数据支持,通过调整使左右2个平衡臂分别连接的4根钢丝绳受力平衡;第二步,龙门钩吊具板钩离地后,底部最低点的测量应选用同一基准点测量,才能准确测量出两侧板钩的高低偏差,通过调整后使龙门钩吊具保持左右水平状态;使龙门钩吊具前后及左右两个方向调整至水平位置,使每根钢丝绳受力均衡,保证吊具的安全使用及钢水罐的安全吊运。
