The invention relates to a method for replacing a steel wire rope of a large-tonnage metallurgical ladle crane. The method comprises the following steps of: winding new steel wire ropes on a steel wire rope disc through a rope winder, and hanging one ends of the new steel wire ropes in excircle round holes of the steel wire rope disc after mounting wedge-shaped joints and rope clamps; before replacing the steel wire ropes, arranging an overhaul site, removing limit switches of the upper and lower limit positions after the crane stopping working, and falling a gantry hook lifting appliance to the ground; cutting off steel wire ropes below wedge-shaped joints of a balance beam above the crane, putting down a plurality of old steel wire ropes to the ground, and detaching the wedge-shaped joints on the balance beam; connecting the old steel wire ropes put down to the ground with one ends of new steel wire ropes on the steel wire rope disc, and disassembling a winding drum pressing plate; and rotating a winding drum until connection points of new and old steel wire rope heads being wound on the winding drum and exceeding the pressing plate at the tail end by 2.5 circles, and withdrawingthe new steel wire ropes to the two sides of a pressing plate bolt hole.

    本发明涉及一种大吨位冶金铸造起重机钢丝绳更换方法,包括以下步骤:通过盘绳器将新钢丝绳缠绕在钢丝绳绳盘上,将新钢丝绳的一端安装楔形接头和绳卡后悬挂在钢丝绳绳盘的外圆圆孔内;在更换钢丝绳前,布置检修现场,起重机停止作业后解除上下极限位置限位开关,将龙门钩吊具落至地面;将起重机上方平衡梁楔形接头下方的钢丝绳切断,将若干旧钢丝绳下放至地面,拆下平衡梁上的楔形接头;将下放至地面的旧钢丝绳与钢丝绳绳盘上的新钢丝绳的一端进行连接,同时拆卸卷筒压板;转动卷筒,直至新旧钢丝绳绳头接点缠绕至卷筒上并超过末端压板2.5圈,并将新钢丝绳退至压板螺栓孔两侧位置。
