The invention belongs to the technical field of empennage production, and particularly relates to a prepreg integrally-formed empennage structure which comprises an empennage body, a containing cavity, an ejection device, a bottom sticky plate and a connecting frame. Wherein a containing cavity is formed in the empennage body, a connecting frame is arranged below the empennage body, a bottom sticky plate is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the connecting frame, the lower portion of the connecting frame is not closed, and an ejection device is arranged in the connecting frame; the ejection device comprises a fixing plate, the fixing plate is arranged in the connecting frame and fixedly connected with the connecting frame, and a spring is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the fixing plate; the impact rod abuts against the lower end of the spring, and the fixed clamping block is arranged on the arc surface of the impact rod; the limiting frame is propped against the fixed clamping block; the sliding groove is formed in the surface of the limiting frame. By means of the elastic device, when the kart runs, the tail wing which falls off accidentally can be fixed and protected, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明属于尾翼生产技术领域,具体的说是预浸料一体成型尾翼结构,包括尾翼本体、放置腔、弹射装置、底部粘板和连接框架;其中,所述尾翼本体的内部设有放置腔,且下方设有连接框架,所述连接框架的下方固定连接有底部粘板且连接框架的下方不封闭,以及所述连接框架内部的弹射装置;所述弹射装置包括:固定板,所述固定板设置在连接框架的内部与连接框架固定连接,且下方固定连接有弹簧;与所述弹簧下端相抵接的撞击杆,设在所述撞击杆圆弧面的固定卡块;与所述固定卡块相抵接的限位框架;开设在所述限位框架表面的滑槽。通过弹性装置,使卡丁车在行驶中的时候,可以对不小心脱落的尾翼进行固定防护,避免发生安全事故。
