The empennage structure comprises an empennage support and an empennage decoration plate, the empennage decoration plate comprises a middle decoration plate and two movable decoration plates, and the two movable decoration plates are distributed in the left-right direction and can relatively move in the left-right direction; the device further comprises two unfolding mechanisms, a transmission mechanism and a driving mechanism. The unfolding mechanism comprises two rocker arms, and the two rocker arms, a movable decoration plate and the empennage support form a four-connecting-rod mechanism. The transmission mechanism comprises a first pull rod, a connecting rod and a second pull rod which are rotationally connected in sequence; the two pull rods are in ball hinge joint to the two rocker arms correspondingly, and the driving mechanism drives the connecting rods to rotate so as to drive the two pull rods to push or pull the two four-connecting-rod mechanisms to contract or expand correspondingly. The four-connecting-rod mechanism drives the empennage plaque to unfold or contract and has the parallelogram stability characteristic. Besides, the transmission mechanism can convert the rotary motion of the driving mechanism into the motion in the horizontal direction so as to synchronously push or pull the two four-bar mechanisms, and the requirements for the driving force and the driving stroke of the driving mechanism are low.
