The invention provides an integral type reinforced composite material vehicle body structure. A bearing vehicle head cover, a vehicle body top plate and vehicle body side wall plates are all provided with T-shaped longitudinal reinforcing components in the length direction of a vehicle body, and annular cap-shaped transverse reinforcing components are arranged in the width direction of the vehicle body; the longitudinal reinforcing members and the transverse reinforcing members are integrally formed with the wallboard skins on the outer sides by adopting a co-curing/co-bonding process; the vehicle body top plate and the side wall plates are connected with the longitudinal joints through T-shaped longitudinal reinforcing ribs in the vehicle length direction; the cap-shaped transverse reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer sides of the transverse reinforcing components of the vehicle body top plate and the vehicle body side wall plates in a sleeving mode and connected into an integral bearing frame. The bearing headstock cover is fixedly connected with an annular connecting area of the vehicle body; and the composite vehicle body is fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy underframe connecting area. The integrality of the vehicle body structure is improved, the vehicle body structure is integrally formed in a co-gluing/co-curing mode, the workload of follow-up assembly is reduced, the production efficiency of large components is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种整体式加筋复合材料车体结构,承载车头罩、车身顶板、车身侧墙板均在车体长度方向设置T型纵向加强构件,在车体宽度方向设置环向帽型横向加强构件;纵向加强构件和横向加强构件采用共固化/共胶接工艺与其外侧的壁板蒙皮整体成型;车体顶板、侧墙板在车长方向使用T型纵向加强筋连接纵向接缝;使用帽型横向加强筋套装在车体顶板和车体侧墙板的横向加强构件外侧并连接成一个整体承载框;在承载车头罩和车身环向连接区域固定连接;在复合材料车身与铝合金底架连接区域固定连接。本发明提高了车体结构的整体性,通过共胶接/共固化方式整体成型,减少了后续装配的工作量,提高了大部件的生产效率,降低了制作成本。
