The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type floating bodies, and particularly discloses a high-strength fiber reinforced composite material and an assembly type ocean floating body structure. According to the high-strength fiber composite material, corrosion of the steel wire cage and the steel fibers is reduced, and corrosion of seawater to a concrete matrix can be prevented. The high-strength fiber reinforced composite material disclosed by the invention is prepared into a shell of an ocean floating body structure, so that the shell of the floating body structure can still have better mechanical properties after being soaked in seawater for a long time, thereby overcoming the defects in related technologies, being beneficial to long-term service of the ocean floating body structure, and improving the service life of the ocean floating body structure. The method is suitable for being applied to ocean engineering such as floating artificial islands, ocean wave dissipation embankments, offshore floating photovoltaic power generation, offshore floating wind power generation and the like.
