The invention provides a brake pedal decoupling control system and method, each sensing element of a brake pedal is connected with a main controller, one force sensing element of the brake pedal is connected with an auxiliary controller, and the main controller and the auxiliary controller are both connected with a brake actuator; the main controller receives all the pedal force signals, and when the difference between the pedal force signals is within a set range, the main controller outputs an effective pedal force signal to a brake actuator; when the difference between one pedal force signal received by the main controller and other pedal force signals exceeds a set range, or the main controller cannot receive one of the pedal force signals, the main controller outputs an effective pedal force signal to a brake actuator; when the main controller cannot generate an effective pedal force signal and the auxiliary controller can receive the pedal force signal, the auxiliary controller outputs the effective pedal force signal to the brake actuator; according to the invention, mechanical decoupling with a brake assisting mechanism is realized, and the brake control precision is improved.
本发明提供了一种制动踏板解耦控制系统及方法,制动踏板的各个传感元件均与主控制器连接,制动踏板的其中一个力传感元件与副控制器连接,主控制器与副控制器均与制动执行器连接;主控制器收到所有踏板力信号,且各个踏板力信号之间的差异均在设定范围内时,主控器输出有效踏板力信号至制动执行器;主控制器收到的一个踏板力信号与其他各个踏板力信号的差异超出设定范围,或者主控制器无法接收到其中一路踏板力信号时,主控器输出有效踏板力信号至制动执行器;主控制器无法生成有效踏板力信号,且副控制器能够接收到踏板力信号时,副控制器输出有效踏板力信号至制动执行器;本发明实现了与制动助力机构的机械解耦,提高了制动控制的精度。
