The invention relates to the technical field of braking systems, in particular to a decoupling type braking mechanism with a pedal simulator. The decoupling type brake mechanism with the pedal simulator is characterized in that: the driving end of a gear transmission mechanism is connected with the pedal simulator; the tail end of the pedal simulator is connected with a main cylinder; the outer side of a lead screw is sleeved with a supporting base; a sleeve is embedded in the inner side of the lead screw; a piston is arranged in the sleeve; one end of the piston is connected with one end of an ejector rod assembly through a damping block base; the other end of the ejector rod assembly is connected with the main cylinder and a push rod assembly; the outer side of a damping block seat is sleeved with a return spring seat; and a belleville spring is arranged in the damping block seat. Compared with the prior art, the mechanism is simple in structure and low in cost, and can realize connection and decoupling of a brake pedal and a brake main cylinder; and the main brake cylinder can be operated through an electromechanical brake force amplifier and can also be operated through the pedal push rod assembly.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,具体地说是一种具有踏板模拟器的解耦式制动机构。一种具有踏板模拟器的解耦式制动机构,其特征在于:齿轮传动机构的驱动端连接踏板模拟器,踏板模拟器的末端连接主缸,丝杠的外侧套设有支撑座,丝杠的内侧嵌设有套筒,套筒内设有活塞,活塞的一端通过减振块座连接顶杆组件的一端,顶杆组件的另一端连接主缸,活塞的另一端连接推杆组件;减振块座的外侧套设有回位弹簧座,减振块座的内部设有蝶形弹簧。同现有技术相比,结构简单,成本低廉,且能实现制动踏板和制动主缸连接解耦的电控助力制动系统,主制动缸能够通过机电制动力放大器操纵,也可以通过踏板推杆组件操纵。
