The invention relates to a pedal feeling simulator and a pedal feedback force adjusting unit and method. A brake master cylinder is provided with a first sealing cavity and a second sealing cavity, a pedal push rod of a brake pedal is connected to the brake master cylinder, a displacement sensor is arranged on the pedal push rod, and a simulator sealing cavity is provided with a front sealing cavity and a rear sealing cavity; the front sealing cavity is communicated with the first sealing cavity, a pressure sensor is arranged at the position of a communicating pipeline, the rear sealing cavity is formed by a sealing cover and an O-shaped sealing ring, and the rear sealing cavity is connected with a one-way valve and a linear electromagnetic valve. By means of the structure, the problems that before an existing pedal feeling simulator is assembled, parts are scattered, many procedures are needed when the pedal feeling simulator is assembled to an assembly large valve block, and many stations need to be reserved when an assembly line body is designed are solved. And the pedal feeling feedback force of a pedal feeling simulator in the market at present is constant and cannot be adjusted, so that the requirements of different drivers and different pedal ratio vehicle types cannot be met.

    本发明涉及一种踏板感觉模拟器和踏板反馈力调节单元及方法,制动主缸具有第一密封腔与第二密封腔,制动踏板的踏板推杆连接于制动主缸,踏板推杆上设置有位移感应器,模拟器密封腔具有前密封腔与后密封腔,前密封腔与第一密封腔相连通,且在连通管路处设置有压力传感器,后密封腔由密封盖、O型密封圈形成,后密封腔连接有单向阀与线性电磁阀。通过本结构,解决了现有的踏板感觉模拟器在装配前零部件较为分散,在装配到总成大阀块时需要的工序繁多,总成装配线体设计时需预留较多工位。且目前市面上的踏板感觉模拟器的踏板感觉反馈力恒定,不可调节,无法满足不同驾驶员以及不同踏板比车型要求的问题。
