The invention discloses a pedal feeling simulator which comprises a brake pedal, a brake master cylinder, a throttling damper, a liquid storage pot and a pedal feeling simulator body. According to the invention, the throttling damper is additionally arranged on the connecting channel between the brake master cylinder and the liquid storage pot, and when the piston moves forwards, the amount of liquid flowing into the liquid storage pot from the cavity of the brake master cylinder through the connecting channel via the through-flow hole is limited, so that the time for generating negative pressure in the cavity of the brake master cylinder when the piston moves backwards is obviously shortened; the problem of irregularity of a pedal of a hydraulic decoupling electronic hydraulic brake system can be effectively solved, an original system is slightly changed, the overall structure is simple, cost is low, and mass production is easy to achieve; a one-way valve is further arranged on one side of the throttling damper, the requirement for the specific working condition that liquid is sucked from the liquid storage pot in a large-flow mode can be effectively met, meanwhile, the amount of the liquid flowing into the liquid storage pot from the cavity of the brake master cylinder through the connecting channel through the through-flow hole is limited when the piston moves forwards, and the irregularity of a pedal is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种踏板感觉模拟器,包括:制动踏板,制动主缸,节流阻尼器,储液壶和踏板感觉模拟器。本发明,制动主缸和储液壶之间的连接通道上增加节流阻尼器,当活塞前进时限制从制动主缸腔体内经通流孔流经连接通道流入储液壶中的液体液量,使得活塞回退时制动主缸腔体内产生负压的时间明显降低,能够有效地解决液压解耦电子液压制动系统踏板不平顺感,且对原本系统的改动很小,整体结构简单,成本较低,易于量产实现;节流阻尼器一侧还设置有单向阀,可以有效满足从储液壶中大流量吸取液体的特定工况需求的同时,在活塞前进时限制从制动主缸腔体内经通流孔流经连接通道流入储液壶中的液体液量,进一步改善踏板不平顺感。
