The invention discloses an ECAS system vehicle body control method based on fuzzy control, belongs to the technical field of automobile electronics, solves the problems that a traditional control system is adopted in the prior art, the principle is complex, and the control precision is low, and comprises the steps of designing a control strategy for height adjustment of an ECAS system and determining main switching parameters. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a sensor is arranged on a vehicle, then signals collected by the sensor are processed through the vehicle, the driving working condition of the vehicle is judged, inflation and deflation are controlled according to the driving working condition, high-medium-low three-level vehicle body height adjustment is achieved, finally, a controller model is built through the fuzzy control theory, and static and dynamic vehicle body height adjustment simulation is conducted on the vehicle. The method is not sensitive to the influence of parameter change and nonlinear characteristics, so that fuzzy control is more reliable and stable in practical application, has high robustness, can process uncertainty and nonlinear problems, has high adaptability, and is higher in response speed due to the fact that the decision of fuzzy control is obtained by fuzzy rule reasoning.

    本发明公开了一种基于模糊控制的ECAS系统车身控制方法,属于汽车电子技术领域,解决了现有技术中采用传统控制系统、原理复杂、控制精度低的问题,包括对ECAS系统进行高度调节的控制策略的设计以及主要切换参数的确定,然后通过车辆对传感器采集到的信号进行处理,判断车辆的行驶工况,并根据行驶工况控制充、放气,实现高、中、低三级车身高度调节,最后利用模糊控制理论搭建控制器模型,对车辆进行静态和动态的车身高度调节仿真。本发明对参数变化和非线性特性的影响不敏感,使得模糊控制在实际应用中更加可靠和稳定,具有强鲁棒性,能够处理不确定性和非线性问题,具有较强的适应性,由于模糊控制的决策都是模糊规则推理得出,响应速度更快。
