The invention discloses a single-degree-of-freedom driving deformable wheel folding and unfolding mechanism based on thick plate paper folding, which comprises a hexagonal bottom plate, a rotating plate, six groups of folding and unfolding repeating units, a connecting mechanism and a driving device.Each folding and unfolding repeating unit comprises a quadrilateral rigid plate, a triangular plate, a first wedge-shaped plate, a second wedge-shaped plate and a connecting rod mechanism, under the driving of the motor, the rotating shaft begins to move to drive the rotating plate to rotate, so that the connecting rod begins to do telescopic motion so as to drive the foldable repeating unit to move, the wheel can complete folding and unfolding motion, the chassis and the gravity center of the wheel are improved, and the obstacle crossing ability and the stability of the vehicle are improved to a great extent.

    本发明公开了一种基于厚板折纸的单自由度驱动可变形车轮折展机构,包括六边形底板、旋转板、六组可折展重复单元、连接机构和驱动装置,其中,可重复折展单元包括四边形刚性板、三角形板、第一楔形板和第二楔形板以及连杆机构,在电机驱动下,旋转轴开始运动带动旋转板转动,从而使连杆开始做伸缩运动以此带动可折展重复单元的运动,使车轮可完成折叠与展开运动,提高了车轮的底盘和重心,很大程度的提升了车辆的越障能力和自身的稳定性。
