The invention provides a centralized driving type spacecraft solar sail multi-degree-of-freedom space folding and unfolding mechanism. The centralized driving type spacecraft solar sail multi-degree-of-freedom space folding and unfolding mechanism comprises a support, a main shaft, an end face bevel gear, a solar sailboard with a plurality of pairs of movable array planes, a plurality of driving units arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the movable array planes, and a plurality of actuating units arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the movable array planes. According to the folding and unfolding mechanism, the multiple pairs of bevel gears meshed with the end face bevel gears coaxially rotate reversely, the specially-designed lead screw shaft transmits rotation motion to folding and unfolding motion and rotation around the shaft of the solar sail array plane, and therefore switching of the solar sail between the unfolding state and the folding state is achieved. The folding and unfolding mechanism has the advantage of central symmetry, and the dynamic load of a spacecraft in the on-orbit service process is greatly reduced; the driving source is single and concentrated without redundancy, and the carrying space of the effective load of the spacecraft is further expanded; multi-degree-of-freedom movement can be achieved, and the space storage ratio of a spacecraft is increased; a gear-lead screw transmission mode is adopted as a whole, and the motion precision is high.

    本发明提供了一种集中驱动式航天器太阳帆多自由度空间折展机构,包括支架、主轴、端面锥齿轮、具有多副可动阵面的太阳帆板、与可动阵面一一对应设置的多个驱动单元、以及与可动阵面一一对应设置的多个作动单元。根据本发明的折展机构,与端面锥齿轮啮合的多对锥齿轮共轴反转,特殊设计的丝杠轴将旋转运动传递为太阳帆阵面的折展运动及绕轴转动,以实现太阳帆在展开状态与折叠状态之间的切换。本发明的折展机构具有中心对称性优势,极大地减小了航天器在轨服役过程中的动力学负载;驱动源单一集中且无赘余,进一步拓展了航天器有效载荷的搭载空间;可实现多自由度运动,提高了航天器的空间收纳比;整体采用齿轮‑丝杠传动形式,运动精度高。
