The invention discloses a drainage box culvert detection system and an installation method. The detection system comprises two suspension devices, a guide structure, a walking mechanism, SLAM three-dimensional laser scanning equipment and two positioning targets. The two suspension devices are correspondingly arranged at two inspection well mouths of a to-be-detected section of the drainage box culvert respectively, and each suspension device is provided with an extension part extending downwards into the drainage box culvert; the guide structure is connected between the extension parts of the two suspension devices; the walking mechanism is arranged on the guide structure and used for walking along the guide structure; the SLAM three-dimensional laser scanning device is arranged on the walking mechanism; the two positioning targets are respectively connected with the extension parts of the two suspension devices, and the target surfaces of the two positioning targets are parallel. The guiding structure is built in the drainage box culvert in a suspended mode, so that the SLAM three-dimensional laser scanning equipment detects the interior of the drainage box culvert in an aerial mounting remote control operation mode, and therefore the problem that the SLAM three-dimensional laser scanning technology is applied to the interior of the drainage box culvert for unmanned culvert entering detection is solved.
本发明公开了排水箱涵检测系统及安装方法,其检测系统包括两个悬挂装置、导向结构、行走机构、SLAM三维激光扫描设备和两个定位标靶;两个悬挂装置分别对应设置在排水箱涵待检测段的两个检查井口处,悬挂装置具有向下延伸至排水箱涵内的延伸部;导向结构连接在两个悬挂装置的延伸部之间;行走机构设置在导向结构上,用于沿导向结构行走;SLAM三维激光扫描设备设置在行走机构上;两个定位标靶分别与两个悬挂装置的延伸部连接,两个定位标靶的靶面平行。本发明通过在排水箱涵内悬空搭建导向结构,使SLAM三维激光扫描设备通过空中挂载遥控作业模式对排水箱涵内部进行检测,从而解决将SLAM三维激光扫描技术应用到排水箱涵内进行无人入涵检测的问题。
