The invention relates to an installation method of a truss pipeline penetrating through a highway culvert. The installation method comprises the following steps that sites at the two ends of the axisof the pipeline are leveled; a winch is arranged on the axis of the pipeline; a truss is arranged in the culvert; the length of the pipe sections of the pipeline is controlled, so that the length of each pipe section is larger than the distance between any two horizontal supporting beams; a prefabricated bracket with rollers is placed on the horizontal supporting beams; the pipe sections are dragged and pulled in place through the winch; all the pipe sections are sequentially pulled in place according to the steps, and the adjacent pipe sections are welded to form an integral pipeline; after the pipeline is installed, the bracket is taken out, and fixed supports of the pipeline are welded; and the height of a stand column at the other side is increased, and a top beam is arranged at the tops of the stand columns. The installation method of the truss pipeline penetrating through the highway culvert can realize the installation of the truss pipeline into a highway culvert site which is complex in underground structure and inconvenient in transportation and cannot be entered by a crane, avoids the damage to a highway and an original culvert structure, reduces the installation difficulty of the truss pipeline into the highway culvert, and shortens the construction period.

    本发明涉及一种贯穿高速涵洞内的桁架管道安装方法,包括以下步骤:对管道轴线两端的场地进行平整;将卷扬机安置在管道的轴线上;在涵洞内安装桁架;对管道的管段长度进行控制,使得各管段的长度大于任意两根水平支撑梁之间的距离;将预制的带有滚轮的托架放置在水平支撑梁上;利用卷扬机对管段进行拖拉、牵引就位;按照步骤依次将各管段牵引到位,并对相邻的管段进行焊接形成整体的管道;管道安装后,将托架取出,焊接管道的固定支座;接高另一侧立柱,立柱顶部安装顶梁。本发明能够实现地下结构复杂、交通不便吊车无法进入的高速涵洞现场桁架管道的安装,避免对高速路及原涵洞结构造成破坏,降低高速涵洞桁架管道安装难度,缩短工期。
