The driving control system comprises a forward pedal, a backward pedal, a pedal state detection unit, a braking unit and a control unit. The pedal state detection unit is connected with the forward pedal and the backward pedal and is used for detecting the states of the forward pedal and the backward pedal respectively. The control unit is connected with the pedal state detection unit and the brake unit. The control unit is used for starting the braking unit when the forward pedal and the backward pedal are in the treading state at the same time. By means of the structural arrangement, when the forward pedal and the backward pedal are in the treading state at the same time, the control unit controls the brake unit to be started, and therefore interlocking of the forward action and the backward action of the operation machine is achieved. In the driving control system, a mechanical locking structure for realizing interlocking of the forward pedal and the backward pedal does not need to be arranged, the structure is simple, and the interlocking reliability of the forward action and the backward action is relatively high.
