A steering gear, a steering rocker arm I and a longitudinal pull rod I in the steering mechanism are installed on the outer side of a frame longitudinal beam, other structures are all installed on the inner side of the frame longitudinal beam, the space of the outer side of a frame is saved, and the problem that the rocker arm transversely penetrates through the frame longitudinal beam, and the strength of the frame longitudinal beam is affected is solved.     本发明公开了一种重型越野车用螺旋弹簧非独立悬架、转向机构及底盘,所述螺旋弹簧非独立悬架中前上推力杆的设置,有利于重型越野车将发动机系统布置在车头前部,以便为底盘上装预留更大的空间;后上推力杆采用V型推力杆,可传递横向力,有效提高车辆操作稳定性和行驶平顺性;下推力杆克服了螺旋弹簧只能传递垂直力和侧向力而不能传递牵引力、制动力及其相应的反作用力矩的作用;所述转向机构中转向器、转向摇臂I及纵拉杆I安装在车架纵梁外侧,其余结构均安装在车架纵梁内侧,节省了车架外侧空间,避免出现摇臂横穿车架纵梁,影响车架纵梁强度的问题;另一方面,避免了因悬架系统占用空间大,导致整车转弯角度大即整车最小转弯直径大的问题。
