The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft strength test, and provides an amphibious aircraft bottom landing local pressure load strength test verification method, which comprises a test piece, a restraint device and a loading device, the test piece comprises a ship bottom wall plate, a ship bottom frame, a side wall frame and a side wall plate; a first end of the test piece in the heading direction is provided with a constraint frame and a constraint clamp for limiting movement of the test piece, and two sides of a hull of the test piece are provided with constraint devices for limiting left-right movement and up-down movement of the test piece; a loading clamp is arranged at the second end of the course direction of the test piece, and the pressurizing end of the loading device is in contact with the loading clamp through a loading cushion block to load the test piece; the shape of the cushion block is consistent with that of the end face of the loading clamp. According to the amphibious aircraft ship bottom dampening local pressure load test verification method provided by the invention, the test piece required for verifying the structural strength of the ship bottom can be produced with lower cost; and the loading scheme is simple.

    本发明属于飞机强度试验技术领域,提供一种水陆两栖飞机船底着水局部压力载荷强度试验验证方法,该系统包括:试验件、约束装置和加载装置;试验件包括:船底壁板、船底框、侧壁框和侧壁板;试验件的航向方向的第一端设置有限制试验件移动的约束框架及约束夹具,试验件的船体两侧设置有限制试验件左右移动和上下移动的约束装置;试验件的航向方向的第二端设置有加载夹具,加载装置的加压端通过加载垫块与加载夹具接触,向试验件加载;垫块的外形与加载夹具的端面外形一致。本发明提供的水陆两栖飞机船底着水局部压力载荷试验验证方法,可以较低的成本生产验证船底结构强度所需的试验件;加载方案简单。
