The invention discloses a sediment water impact verification test method for an amphibious aircraft undercarriage. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, simulating a real mounting state of a nose landing gear through a test fixture to mount the nose landing gear, and determining a folding and unfolding state of the landing gear; step 2, checking whether the undercarriage to be tested meets test requirements or not, installing a sensor and a stress-strain gauge, and normally coating a movable part of the undercarriage with lubricating grease; step 3, simulating impact test silt-containing water; 4, simulating an impact test water pressure value; 5, setting the water flushing time of the impact test; step 6, setting an impact test water flow shape; 7, completing the impact test under the preset water pressure and water flow speed, and checking and recording in the test process; and 8, resetting the water pressure, the water flow speed and the like, and repeating the step 7 until all the measurement points needing to be impacted are completed, so that the test is finished. The safety of the undercarriage in the harsh water environment can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种水陆两栖飞机起落架泥沙水冲击验证试验方法。步骤1、通过试验夹具模拟前起落架真实安装状态将其安装,并确定起落架的收放状态;步骤2、检查待试验的起落架是否符合试验要求,安装传感器和应力应变片,并且在起落架的活动部位正常涂敷润滑脂;步骤3、模拟冲击试验含泥沙水;步骤4、模拟冲击试验水压值;步骤5、设置冲击试验水冲时间;步骤6、设置冲击试验水流形状;步骤7、在预设水压和水流速度下完成冲击试验,并做好试验过程中的检查和记录;步骤8、重新设置水压和水流速度等,重复执行步骤7,直到需要冲击测量点全部完成,试验结束。本发明能够有效提高严酷水环境下起落架的安全性。
