The invention belongs to the technical field of maintenance robots, and particularly relates to a four-degree-of-freedom wheeled robot special for wind driven generator blades, which comprises two flat walking parts, the end parts of the two walking parts are connected through a four-degree-of-freedom movable mechanism, and one end, far away from the other walking part, of one walking part is provided with a camera component; according to the wheeled robot, the two flat walking parts are connected through the four-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism, the camera shooting assembly is installed on one walking part, when the wheeled robot is used, the two walking parts drive the wheeled robot to walk, and the wind power blade is shot through the camera shooting assembly; the four-degree-of-freedom movable mechanism enables the wheeled robot to achieve the functions of jumping obstacles, climbing, turning and the like, and meets the detection requirements of complex shapes. And meanwhile, the walking part is arranged to be flat, operation can be conducted in a long and narrow pipeline, and the applicability is higher.

    本发明属于检修用机器人技术领域,尤其涉及一种专用于风力发电机叶片的四自由度轮式机器人,包括:两设置为扁平状的行走部,两行走部的端部之间通过四自由度活动机构连接,其中一个行走部远离另一行走部的一端安装有摄像组件;本发明中,通过四自由度活动机构连接两个设置为扁平状的行走部,其中一个行走部上安装有摄像组件,在使用时,通过两行走部驱动轮式机器人行走,通过摄像组件对风电叶片进行拍摄,四自由度活动机构使轮式机器人能够实现跃障、爬坡、转弯、等功能,适合复杂形状的探测需求。同时行走部设置为扁平状,能够在狭长型管道中进行作业,适用性更强。
