The invention discloses a parking speed planning method, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a limiting speed of at least one path segment of a parking path and a speed influence factor of at least one path segment, the speed influence factor comprises curvature information or an obstacle scale factor, and the curvature information or the obstacle scale factor is obtained; the obstacle scale factor represents the influence degree of the obstacle on the limiting speed; adjusting the limiting speed of each path section based on the speed influence factor of each path section so as to obtain the maximum driving speed of each path section; and determining a target driving speed of the vehicle in each path section at least based on the maximum driving speed of each path section. In this way, the accuracy of the driving speed in the parking process can be improved, and therefore the safety in the parking process and the comfort level of a user are improved.
