The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle light control method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a target user in a vehicle and a target travel of the vehicle are determined; obtaining at least one piece of historical illumination information corresponding to the target user; determining target illumination information of the ultraviolet lamp according to the target travel and the at least one piece of historical illumination information; and controlling the ultraviolet lamp according to the target illumination information. According to the method provided by the invention, the protection of the vehicle cabin on human health is improved.
