The invention discloses a tilt-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle dual-safety redundancy tilt actuator experiment bench, which comprises a main experiment bench and a synchronous experiment bench, and can complete the experiment test and verification of the whole single-side wing actuator by adopting the main experiment bench and the synchronous experiment bench. Meanwhile, the two experiment tables can carry out tilting motion experiments at the same time, synchronous tilting of the two sides of the wing is simulated and completed, and a synchronism detection experiment is completed; the speed reducer and the tooth-shaped belt transmission system are installed on the main experiment rack, through a proper transmission ratio, the torque load generated by the torque motor is increased to be multiple of the transmission ratio, the load of the torque motor is greatly reduced, the motor can stably output the needed torque for a longer time, and the requirement for outputting large torque for a long time is met; the tilting experiment of the actuator under the actual load condition is completed, and the strength, precision and reliability of the tilting actuator under the large load condition are detected, so that the experiment is more perfect and more accurate.

    本发明公开了一种倾转旋翼无人机双安全冗余倾转作动器实验台架,包括主实验台架和同步实验台架,采用主实验台架和同步实验台架两个实验台架,能够完成整个单侧机翼作动器实验测试与验证,同时也能使得两个实验台能够同时进行倾转运动实验,模拟完成机翼两侧同步倾转,完成同步性检测实验;主实验台架上安装有减速器和齿形皮带传动系统,通过适当的传动比,使得传扭矩电机产生的扭矩载荷增大为传动比的倍数,大大降低了扭矩电机的负荷,使得电机能够更长时间稳定输出所需扭矩,满足长时间输出大扭矩,完成实际载荷情况下的作动器倾转实验,检测大载荷情况下倾转作动器的强度、精度和可靠性,使得实验更完善,更具准确性。
