The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft fuel tank pressurization, and particularly relates to an aircraft fuel tank pressurization structure based on separation channel air inflow, which comprises a pipeline, an air guide pipeline, a pressurization pipeline and an adjusting pipeline, wherein the upstream of the air entraining pipeline is communicated with an air entraining opening formed in an aircraft separation channel, the downstream of the air entraining pipeline is communicated with the pressurizing pipeline and the adjusting pipeline, the pressurizing pipeline is communicated with an oil tank, and an adjusting valve used for adjusting the caliber of an outlet of the adjusting pipeline is installed at the outlet of the adjusting pipeline; the sensor is used for respectively measuring and uploading a pressure signal of the pressurizing pipeline and a pressure signal of the oil tank to the airborne computer; the airborne computer is used for acquiring the pressure signal of the pressurizing pipeline and the pressure signal of the oil tank uploaded by the sensor, calculating the pressure difference between the pressure of the pressurizing pipeline and the pressure of the oil tank, and sending an instruction for controlling the opening degree of the regulating valve to the regulating valve based on the pressure difference; and the pressure regulating valve is mounted on the oil tank to keep a constant pressure difference between the inside of the oil tank and the outside.
