The invention discloses a split type heat-proof cup structure for a hypersonic speed air rudder, which comprises a front half heat-proof cup and a rear half heat-proof cup which are arranged at the root part of a rudder shaft of the air rudder and are used for protecting the rudder shaft. The front half heat-proof cup and the rear half heat-proof cup do not need to be integrally formed with the air rudder, the machining and forming process is completely independent of the air rudder, only assembling is conducted in the assembling link, the forming efficiency is high, and manufacturability is good. A lapping mode of lapping front and back is adopted, a labyrinth sealing structure is formed on the lapping surface, the heatproof reliability of the rudder shaft is improved, and the low-resistance metal aerial rudder is suitable for the rudder surface with thin root chord thickness.

    本发明公开了一种用于高超声速空气舵的分体式防热杯结构,包含前半防热杯和后半防热杯两部分,安装于空气舵舵轴根部,对舵轴进行防护。前后两半防热杯不需要与空气舵整体成型,其加工成型过程与空气舵的完全独立,仅在装配环节进行组装即可,成型效率高、工艺性好;采用“前搭后”的搭接形式,在搭接面上形成了迷宫密封结构,提高了舵轴防热的可靠性,适用于舵面根弦厚度较薄的低阻力金属空气舵。
