The invention discloses a ship air drying control device which comprises a sealed box body, a roundabout air flow channel is formed in the sealed box body by arranging a refrigeration unit in the sealed box body, two separated semiconductor refrigeration pieces are arranged on the refrigeration unit, the outer sides of the semiconductor refrigeration pieces are correspondingly arranged in the air flow channel, and heat dissipation cavities are formed in the inner sides of the semiconductor refrigeration pieces. Heat dissipation holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the heat dissipation cavities, of the sealing box body, heat exchange devices are installed on the outer sides and the inner sides of the semiconductor chilling plates correspondingly, and the two ends, corresponding to the air flow channels, of the sealing box body are connected with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe correspondingly. The invention further discloses a ship air drying control method, the air inlet device is arranged at the front end of the ship air drying control device, the relative humidity, the temperature, the flow and the pressure at an inlet of an air flow channel in the device are detected, the current of the semiconductor chilling plate is correspondingly adjusted according to parameters, and then control over the refrigerating capacity is achieved. Therefore, the purposes of accurate dehumidification and energy conservation are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶控制空气干燥的装置,包括密封箱体,密封箱体内通过设置制冷单元将密封箱体内形成迂回的空气流道,制冷单元上设置有两块相隔的半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片的外侧对应在空气流道内,内侧设置散热腔,密封箱体上对应散热腔的位置开设有散热孔,半导体制冷片的外侧和内侧均安装有热交换装置,密封箱体上对应空气流道的两端分别连接有进气管和出气管。本发明还公开了一种船舶空气干燥的控制方法,在船舶控制空气干燥的装置的前端设置进气装置,并且对装置内空气流道入口处的相对湿度、温度、流量和压力进行检测,并根据参数对应调节半导体制冷片的电流,进而实现对制冷量的控制,以达到精准除湿和节能的目的。
