The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, and discloses a ship propeller locking device which comprises a main body piece and an auxiliary piece, a first locking hole is formed in the main body piece, a second locking hole is formed in the auxiliary piece, a first locking bolt penetrates through the first locking hole to be fixedly connected with a propeller shaft, and a second locking bolt penetrates through the second locking hole to be fixedly connected with the propeller shaft. The second locking bolt penetrates through the second locking hole to be fixedly connected with the hydraulic nut, and the main body piece is connected with the auxiliary piece in a welded mode. Compared with the prior art, the structure of the locking device is split, the main body piece and the auxiliary piece are used for completing alignment with the propeller shaft and the hydraulic nut correspondingly, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved; the propeller shaft, the hydraulic nut and other parts can be drilled in advance before leaving a factory, so that damage to the parts caused by secondary machining after leaving the factory is avoided, and the integrity of the propeller shaft, the hydraulic nut and other structures is effectively guaranteed. The invention further provides a locking method of the ship propeller. The locking method also has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency, good in structural integrity and the like.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,公开了一种船舶螺旋桨的锁紧装置,包括包括主体件和辅助件,主体件上开设有第一锁紧孔,辅助件上开设有第二锁紧孔,第一锁紧螺栓穿过第一锁紧孔与螺旋桨轴固定连接,第二锁紧螺栓穿过第二锁紧孔与液压螺母固定连接,主体件和辅助件焊接连接。与现有技术相比,本申请将锁紧装置的结构进行拆分,利用主体件和辅助件分别完成与螺旋桨轴和液压螺母的对齐,显著提升了施工效率;螺旋桨轴和液压螺母等部件可在出厂前提前进行钻孔避免了出厂后的二次加工对部件的伤害,有效保证了螺旋桨轴和液压螺母等结构的完整性。本发明还提供了一种船舶螺旋桨的锁紧方法,其同样具有施工效率高、结构完整性好等优点。
