The invention discloses a deformable crawler belt wheel type walking mechanism which comprises a telescopic belt supporting wheel mechanism, a deformable driving wheel and a crawler belt. The deformation driving wheel comprises a deformation wheel and a stepped shaft; more than one deformation wheel is coaxially arranged on the stepped shaft in parallel; a plurality of movable gear teeth and fixed gear teeth are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of each deformation wheel; the movable wheel teeth can stretch and retract in the radial direction of the deformation wheel; the crawler belt is enveloped outside the deformation driving wheel, and meshing holes are machined in the crawler belt; when the walking mechanism is of a wheel type structure, the movable wheel teeth of the deformation wheel extend out and are meshed with the meshing holes of the crawler belt, and the crawler belt is supported by the movable wheel teeth to be of the wheel type structure. When the walking mechanism is in a crawler-type structure, the movable gear teeth of the deformation wheel retract, the movable gear teeth and the fixed gear teeth are meshed with the meshing holes of the crawler belt, and the crawler belt is simultaneously supported by the deformation driving wheel and the belt supporting wheel of the telescopic belt supporting wheel mechanism to form the crawler-type structure. According to the invention, excellent performances of a wheeled vehicle and a tracked vehicle can be combined.

    本发明公开了一种可变形履带轮式的行走机构,包括:伸缩托带轮机构、变形驱动轮及履带;变形驱动轮包括变形轮和阶梯轴;一个以上变形轮并列同轴安装在阶梯轴上;每个变形轮的外圆周面均设有若干活动轮齿和固定轮齿;活动轮齿可在变形轮的径向进行伸缩运动;履带包络在变形驱动轮的外部,履带上加工有啮合孔;当行走机构处于轮式结构时,变形轮的活动轮齿伸出,并与履带的啮合孔啮合,履带被活动轮齿支撑为轮式结构;当行走机构处于履带式结构时,变形轮的活动轮齿缩回,且活动轮齿和固定轮齿均与履带的啮合孔啮合,履带同时被变形驱动轮和伸缩托带轮机构的托带轮支撑为履带式结构。本发明能够将轮式车辆和履带车辆的优良性能结合起来。
