    本发明公开了一款后副车架弯管与衬套套管连接机构,涉及汽车车架技术领域,包括两个横梁,两个横梁之间设置有纵梁进行连接,横梁两端通过焊接固定连接有用于固定衬套的固定套管,固定套管沿横梁轴线对称分布,固定套管内安装有衬套,纵梁靠近横梁的两端设置有用于稳定自身的连接架,本发明通过在横梁与纵梁间设置有多个加强件,在一定程度上也可以降低整体的生产成本,弯管直径又不能过大,但是为了整体车身的结构强度,这个弯管又需要和大直径套管连接,在本申请文件中,具有高强度的固定套管,另一端开设可以固定衬套的连接件,后副车架弯管与衬套套管进行连接时,整体的结构强度可以得到保障,具有更好的稳定性,行车安全得到保障。
