The invention discloses a multi-connecting-rod rear auxiliary frame. The rear auxiliary frame comprises a rear auxiliary frame body and a lining, the rear auxiliary frame body is in flexible connection with a vehicle body through the lining, the rear auxiliary frame comprises an upper plate body, a lower plate body and a lower sealing plate, the upper plate body, the lower plate body and the lower sealing plate are sequentially welded into a whole from top to bottom in the height direction of the vehicle body, the upper plate body, the lower plate body and the lower sealing plate are welded and encircled to form a swing arm mounting opening on the outer side of the lower plate body, and a swing arm is mounted in the swing arm mounting opening. According to the multi-connecting-rod rear auxiliary frame, secondary damping is carried out on vibration from the ground, the comfort of a rear suspension is greatly improved, meanwhile, the structure of the rear auxiliary frame body is improved, force transmission of a reinforcing support with a U-shaped section is smooth, and the overall modal and dynamic stiffness of the rear auxiliary frame body are remarkably improved. In addition, lightening holes in an upper plate, a lower plate and a lower sealing plate are optimized, and the light weight level is high.

    一种多连杆后副车架,包括后副车架本体和衬套,所述后副车架本体通过所述衬套与车身软连接,所述后副车架包括上板体、下板体、下封板,所述上板体、所述下板体和所述下封板沿车身高度方向自上而下依次焊接为一体,所述上板体、所述下板体和所述下封板焊接合围并于所述下板体的外侧形成摆臂安装开档,摆臂安装于所述摆臂安装开档内。本发明的多连杆后副车架对来自地面的震动进行二次减震,大大提升了后悬的舒适性,同时又对后副车架本体本身的结构进行改良,U型截面的加强支架传力通畅,显著提升了后副车架本体的整体模态和动刚度,另外还优化了上下板及下封板上的减重孔,具有较高的轻量化水平。
