The invention discloses an automobile multi-connecting-rod lightweight rear auxiliary frame structure in the field of automobiles, which comprises, in a sectional manufacturing manner, a left front cast aluminum bracket, a right front cast aluminum bracket, a left rear cast aluminum bracket, a right rear cast aluminum bracket, a front cross beam, a middle cross beam, a rear cross beam, a left upper longitudinal beam, a left lower longitudinal beam, a right upper longitudinal beam, a right lower longitudinal beam and an automobile body mounting bushing; all the parts are welded through aluminum alloy MIG to form an auxiliary frame welding assembly, and then the corresponding automobile body installation lining and the corresponding suspension lining are assembled. By adopting the fusion design of sectional aluminum alloy casting parts and extrusion parts, the process defect problem of integral casting is effectively solved, the manufacturing difficulty of the parts is reduced, the yield of the parts is improved, meanwhile, compared with a traditional steel rear auxiliary frame, the weight is reduced by about 40%, and a significant lightweight effect is achieved.

    本发明公开的是汽车领域的一种汽车多连杆轻量化后副车架结构,包括分段制造的左前铸铝支架、右前铸铝支架、左后铸铝支架、右后铸铝支架、前横梁、中横梁、后横梁、左上纵梁、左下纵梁、右上纵梁、右下纵梁及车身安装衬套,各部分零件采用铝合金MIG焊接组成副车架焊接总成,然后再装配对应的车身安装衬套和悬置衬套。本发明通过采用分段式铝合金铸造零件与挤压零件的融合设计有效解决了整体式铸造的工艺缺陷问题,降低了零件的制造难度,提升了零件成品率,同时,相对于传统钢制后副车架减重约40%,具有显著的轻量化效果。
