The invention provides a multi-shaft hydraulic steering system and method for a heavy truck. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted controller, and a front axle electric control steering controller, a front axle steering unit, a rear axle steering unit, a front axle angle acquisition module, a rear axle electric control steering controller and an electric control hydraulic booster cylinder which are in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted controller; when a vehicle steers, the front axle electric control steering controller receives a steering command sent by a vehicle-mounted controller and controls the front axle steering unit to drive the front axle executing mechanism to rotate; the rear axle steering unit is used for receiving the front axle steering angle collected by the front axle angle collecting module and calculating the rear axle steering angle according to the front axle steering angle, and the rear axle steering unit controls the rear axle electric control steering power pump to push the electric control hydraulic power-assisted cylinder to generate displacement according to the calculated rear axle steering angle, so that a target steering angle is achieved. Based on the system, the invention further provides a multi-shaft hydraulic steering method for the heavy truck. According to the invention, the problems of inaccurate steering angle and easy steering failure are solved, and the steering reliability and safety are improved.

    本发明提出了一种重卡用多轴液压转向系统和转向方法,该系统包括:车载控制器、与车载控制器均通信连接的前桥电控转向控制器、前桥转向单元、后桥转向单元、前桥角度采集模块、后桥电控转向控制器和电控液压助力缸;在车辆转向时,前桥电控转向控制器接收车载控制器发出的转向命令,控制前桥转向单元驱动前桥执行机构转动;接收前桥角度采集模块采集的前桥转向角度,根据前桥转向角度计算后桥转向角度,后桥转向单元根据计算出的后桥转向角度,控制后桥电控转向动力泵推动电控液压助力缸产生位移,实现目标转向角度。基于该系统,还提出了一种重卡用多轴液压转向方法。本发明解决转向角度不准确、转向易失效问题,提高转向可靠性和安全性。
