The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an accelerator mistaken stepping prevention method and device, a server and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that a driving behavior data set of the vehicle is acquired; clustering the driving behavior data set to obtain a plurality of clustering centers, and marking a driving type to which the driving behavior data in the driving behavior data set belongs according to the plurality of clustering centers; based on the marked driving behavior data set, a pre-established mistaken stepping prevention detection model is trained, the trained mistaken stepping prevention detection model is issued to the vehicle, and the vehicle achieves the accelerator mistaken stepping prevention function based on the mistaken stepping detection model. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, accelerator mistaken stepping prevention is generally achieved depending on vehicle-mounted hardware equipment, resources of the vehicle-mounted hardware equipment are limited, the accelerator mistaken stepping prevention detection reliability is low, and the user experience is poor are solved.

    本申请涉及车辆技术领域,特别涉及一种油门防误踩方法、装置、服务器及车辆,其中,方法包括:获取车辆的驾驶行为数据集;对驾驶行为数据集进行聚类得到多个聚类中心,根据多个聚类中心标记驾驶行为数据集中驾驶行为数据所属的驾驶类型;基于标记后的驾驶行为数据集对预先建立的防误踩检测模型进行训练,并下发训练完成的防误踩检测模型至车辆,其中,车辆基于误踩检测模型实现油门防误踩功能。由此,解决了相关技术中通常依赖车载硬件设备实现油门防误踩,车载硬件设备资源有限,使得防油门误踩检测可靠性较低,用户使用体验较差等问题。
