    本发明属于油门防误踩控制领域,具体涉及一种油门防误踩控制方法及系统。控制方法包括判断驾驶员是否误踩油门的步骤,当同时满足包括油门踏板开度初始值小于对应阈值A0、油门踏板开度结束值大于对应阈值A1在内的车辆信号条件时,判定误踩油门,控制车辆限速行驶;其中A0、A1由车型、路况和驾驶习惯确定;该判断驾驶员是否误踩油门的步骤既可以在行驶过程全速段实时进行,也可以在检测到前方有障碍物且存在碰撞风险时再触发;本发明所提供的技术方案在有效降低误踩油门导致的碰撞事故的同时,通过关联油门踏板开度变化率、油门踏板开度初始值和结束值,充分考虑了驾驶员意图,避免将正常加速操作误判为误踩油门,从而减少对驾驶员正常操作的干扰。
