According to the embodiment of the invention, the historical charging information and the historical vehicle use information of the vehicle are comprehensively considered, the user type can be accurately identified, the appropriate target energy management strategy is matched for the user in a targeted manner, and the vehicle use experience of the user can be effectively improved while the energy management requirements of different user groups are met.
